Players can be infected by eating human meat infected players corpse or by other players and Zombie npc spawned in witch can all be set in config.
Infection starts off as they get hot then start to lose food/water they start to bleed and get radiated.
Infected players will hear a gut sound others will hear the player coughing.. See config example for all options.
