Fixed a bug where it was not possible to "penalize" with a negative reward
Added ability to reward for catching fish
Added default reward for killing a shark and shark's corpse
Ability to set a negative reward for suicide
Settings split for greater convenience(SERVER\oxide\data\ActivityRewards)
