- Fixed melee attack damage after Rust update

• Added option to disable damage to bot's clothes & armor
• Added advanced target setup option for combat mode (/pnpc combat)
• Added option to disable spawning personal bot while owner is wounded
• Now bot will not attack teammates, friends, and clanmates in PVP mode (/pnpc pvp)
