• Updated storm system (depends on "thunder" value 0-1)
• Added limit of skiped nights in a row

- Fixed when skip night vote skipped it won't start next time

- Fixed percentage rounding

Added - sunrise and sunset time (for time control only in the config). You can disable the notify message about new weather preset in the config.
Changed - removed blur for UI, opacity was lowered so you can see better the weather behind the UI when you change it
Fixed - if time control was false the custom schedule doesn't work. When you use more than 1 weather name for custom schedule it doesn't worked like ("Storm,Clear") now the plugin choose a preset looking at their chances.

• Fixed NRE at 0:00 if you are using Custom Schedule
• Fixed after plugin initizlie time was set to 17:55

- The Close icon in the UI was moved to the top left corner (because the new rust update has a bug)
