- Corrected UI issues

--Corrected LootUI issues.
--Corrected issue where players could open a container after someone had already opened it and the server had loot defender on it.
--Corrected issue where sometimes supply drops looted had "hidden" loot.
--Updated GetPayment() to check for Free Rerolls.

-- Fixed bug that allowed players to drag and drop items out and still be allowed to reroll the container.
--Corrected an issue with Events. If a player is in an event using PveMode rerolls are disabled (Temporary)
