Исправлена ошибка, из-за которой арена не заканчивалась, если оставшееся время достигало 0

• Player will now automatically authorized to codelocks/toolcupboard of the team base.
• Player in the same team will be automatically authorized to codelocks when someone place one.
• Recoded part of the code.
• Added /debug_items to receive items that are used in game.
• Now players can build using the building plans (wood,stone,metal) up to 10 times per purchase without resource requeriments.
• Added /debug command to display all arena positions, included team spawn, scrap spawn and more.

+- Added /set_shop_area command. This command has not effect until the next update, this will allow to display a menu with items to purchase instead of using VendingMachines.
+- Not implemented yet - SetShopArea and AdminMenu. This feature will be added in the next update. NO ETA.

Fixed bugs
Now players near Leaderboard will automatically see the mouse pointer to select the arena.

Fixed: In game arena hud not being updated.
