Помогите Настройка привилегий по рейту

Добрый вечер ,
помогите понять как надо настройть так чтоб каждая група имело свой райт на добыванию.
Как уже выставлять команды или киты для каждой групы разобрался как ставить привилегию в маркет -тоже , а вот как создавать рейт разный по отдельности от групы не могу понять . тоесть к примерй default будет иметь х2 а вип х4
Как зто делать помогите плз нигде нету инфо.

я скачал ихнию офишиал и выдает ошибку для cfg json файл В чем может быть проблема помогите плз
по этому создается дефаулт json.....
