suggest:
A and B is in same Team
If A player place a turret,then A player leave the Team,now A player didn't have permission of Tool Cupboard,but A player still have Turret permission.

So may you improve the feature:
If A player place a turret,then A player leave the Team,now A player didn't have permission of Tool Cupboard,So now A player shouldn't have Turret permission again.

have Tool Cupboard permission = will have Turret permission
dont have Tool Cupboard permission = dont have Turret permission
