• Added a new setting for sections: "Show this section only to those with permissions above?". It allows to draw the section automatically (without giving permissions to this plugin) if the player has command permissions.
• Fixed incorrect behavior of "Permissions for above command ... " setting. Previously this setting affected the display of a section, now when clicking on a section the plugin will only check if the player has these permissions.
