Structure Upgrade - What's New in Version 0.6.5

• Another potential fix for intermittent data file issue requiring data file reset. Improved the first check to try and avoid this, and added an additional check to hopefully catch it before the job starts.
• Several small logic fixes.

If you have issues updating, unload the plugin, delete the StructureUpgrade.json data file, then load the plugin.
