I don't remember, where to download. But it should be installed automatically in the server manager. Alternatively, try carbon.

у тебя боты нормально стреляют? у меня с кастомным оружием сначала подбегают впритык и стреляют

А как вы установили CustomItemDifinitions ?
У меня хостинг Алькад, добавили плагин но так же пишет доступ запрещен к библиотеке harmony
